At least 75% of the fund's committed capital will be invested in Colorado-based companies, while the remaining funds may be invested within or outside the state. The fund aims to create a diversified portfolio of 20 to 30 companies in Colorado's aerospace industry.

Purpose of the Fund

The purpose of the fund is to provide angel investors, family offices, and accredited investors with the opportunity to invest in early-stage venture capital deals through a professionally managed partnership, allowing for diversification without the need for active involvement in the investment process.

Colorado Aerospace

Colorado boasts the second-largest aerospace economy in the United States despite having an industry focused venture capital fund.

With Colorado leading the nation in military space development, there is a thriving ecosystem within the four military commands, which encourages industry growth through space-based research, development, acquisition, and operations activities.

As the pursuit of space exploration intensifies, the demand for innovation extends not only to rocketry and space stations, but also software solutions, energy management, navigation, and numerous other processes that are essential for project execution.
